DreamBall
An easy-to-learn, hard-to-master game about changing the gravity to move a ball through rings!
Initially made within a 48 hours time span for a gamejam from 2025-02-23, development for DreamBall kept going beyond that in order to add missing features, quality of life improvements, and the such so that one day, it could be properly released on game stores as a video game that feels complete enough!
Getting and playing the game
Instructions on how to get and play the game are available on the game stores from where you can download the game:
Developing and building the game
DreamBall is made with Godot and is not only free and open-source, but it is also released in the public domain through the Unlicense license, meaning you're free to grab the code and assets and do whatever you want with them, though do keep in mind the Godot engine itself is under the MIT license with which you do need to comply if you're gonna be using it.
Grabbing DreamBall's code and assets is as simple as running:
git clone https://kitsunes.dev/Taevas/DreamBall
cd DreamBall
While building the whole thing will require you to open that new directory (with the project.godot in it) with the Godot Engine software, which you can get from their official website.
