None of the frontend js/ts files was touched besides these two commands
(edit: no longer true, I touched one file in
61105d0618
because of a deprecation that was not showing before the rename).
`tsc` currently reports 778 errors, so I have disabled it in CI as
planned.
Everything appears to work fine.
* Use dropzone to handle file uploading for all cases, including pasting
and dragging
* Merge duplicate code, use consistent behavior for link generating

Some images like MacOS screenshots contain
[pHYs](http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/book/chapter11.html#png.ch11.div.8)
data which we can use to downscale uploaded images so they render in the
same dppx ratio in which they were taken.
