This PR finishes the Add Instance Flow (consisting of two dialogs) used to add instances to the locally stored list of instances
It also saves a 16x16 icon in localstorage which is generated from a proxy of the icon URL that was located in the instance_info api request (might be a good idea to make it so you can't proxy arbitrary files in the future?)
