basically completely rewrote the theme switcher javascript (thank you [lucidiot](https://tilde.town/~lucidiot/)!!) and swapped to [goatcounter](https://www.goatcounter.com/) rather than fc2; yeah it's not cute like the old one, but it also doesn't make my console cry. {% emoji cri %}
